GENERAL POLICIES

• No pets allowed
• Visitors allowed but no overnight visitors except parents
• No butane, gas, or fire cooking allowed; microwave, oven, rice cooker, air fryer allowed
• No washing machine and dryer allowed
• STRICTLY 2 months deposit, 1 month advance, post-dated checks upon move in
• Refund of deposit will be made 2 weeks after actual move out.

RESERVATION POLICY

Reservation fee to hold one unit is 1,000 pesos per week or a fraction thereof. Reservation fee is deductible from the required deposit. The same is forfeited if lease is not undertaken.
